Today we proudly celebrate Rosewood purchasers Mark and Angela.

Mark and Angela have purchased in our Stage 1 release after spotting the Rosewood Estate on a morning drive down Taylors Road. The couple had already selected their preferred builder and dream home but were in search for the perfect lot to build on. At Rosewood, they found a 365m2 lot which perfectly suited their needs.

Currently living in Hillside, Mark and Angela enjoy living in Melbourne’s north-west and wanted to stay within the area to be close to their friends and family. The couple were after a north-facing property to make the most of the direct sunlight during the day, during the coolers months when the sun is low in the sky.

Mark and Angela said they were drawn by Rosewood’s boutique feeling and connection to nature as it is was
unlike anything else they’d seen in the area.

“We really like the water ways and conservation reserves in the estate, being surrounded by nature was an important consideration for us,” said Mark.

“The deciding factor was location above all else and the small tight-knit community feel that will come with living at a boutique estate.”

The sales team at Rosewood worked closely with the couple and their builder, translating the engineering and legal jargon that can often confuse purchasers.

“Once our house is built, we can see ourselves at Rosewood for many years to come.”
