We are pleased to share the latest construction update as we progress civil works rapidly across Stage 1 at Rosewood, after only just commencing last month.
Rosewood is already beginning to take shape with bulk earthworks now complete in Stage 1 and sewerage construction underway.
As one of the first projects to commence construction under the Plumpton & Kororoit Precinct Structure Plans, Rosewood will quickly become one of the area’s leading communities that fosters a boutique feel.
Since launching, we have experienced a wave of interested buyers looking to live in Rosewood’s close-knit community, resulting in a limited number of lots remaining in Stage 1. Elsewhere, Stage 2A is currently selling fast for its ideal position in the heart of estate.
