The construction team at ID_Land’s boutique development, Rosewood, is powering along through the frosty winter days.

The past month has seen big changes in various stages of the development, with critical foundational works underway.

In Stage 1, kerb and channel works are now complete, allowing the excavation for electrical conduits to get underway, with base course asphalt due to commence shortly.

Meanwhile in Stage 2, kerb and channel works have begun, providing an outline of what the streets of Rosewood will look like in years to come.
