Today we proudly celebrate Rosewood purchasers Behudin and Alma.

On the hunt for their forever home, Behudin and Alma first became aware of Rosewood when they saw signage pop up just across the road. Having lived in the area since December 2016, Behudin and Alma loved Plumpton however they wanted to move into a bigger home in preparation for starting a family.

After researching titled blocks at other developments in the area, Behudin and Alma realised that Rosewood was the right fit for them. They were particularly attracted to the master plan that included tree lined streets, parklands and a serene creek.

Behudin and Alma were also excited to hear of future shopping, school and sports precincts that will be located on Rosewood’s doorstep as the couple love shopping and taking leisurely walks in their spare time.

“The Rosewood team have been fantastic to work with and were instrumental in helping us decide to purchase at Rosewood. Huseyin in particular was extremely helpful with providing information and answering all our questions.”
